The Home Collections of Creek Valley Country Club

"Our community was built by Shea Homes and has 1550 homes in every size and style from luxury condos to magnificent estates, all designed with an Italian Tuscan flavor. Most of these homes were built in named Home Collections named by the Shea Homes or other builders based on the style and model of home. For example, Riviera is a cluster of luxury condominiums, and Cypress is a style of single family homes in 3 floorplans, that have been built in two clusters at separate locations within the community. There are also many custom homes that were not originally part of any Home Collection but instead were built by individual builders."

The Neighborhoods of Silver Creek Valley Country Club

Unlike the Home Collections, the Neighborhoods of our community were defined not by Shea Homes but by the Safety Committee in order to define 15 geographically adjacent clusters of homes for the purpose of coordinating disaster preparation and training in conjunction with the San Jose City Office of Emergency Preparedness. All of the 1550 homes in this community have been grouped into these 15 Neighborhoods totally based on geographic proximity, with each neighborhood having from 80 to 150 homes. Now these Neighborhood groupings are also useful for other functions such as the Landscaping Committee. To learn more go to:
